The range consists from simple manual lubrication systems with volumetric metering to fully automatic oil or grease systems with progressive metering devices to lubricate shafts, supports and bearings in medium-large sized machinery. It’s completed by minimal air-oil lubrication systems for conveyors and columns of rotating machines.
The specific characteristics of this sector require the use of systems and components that are very different from each other and capable of guaranteeing safe lubrication, resistance against different fluids and compatibility with sector regulations. The progressive grease equipment is mainly mounted, powered by electric pumps and, in some applications, with dosing valves of the INJECTOR CL-CM series. ILC combines these traditional systems with minimal air / oil lubrication equipment for rotating machine shafts and for conveyor belt bearings. All the components used are protected with specific treatments and in some cases, manufactured directly in AISI 303.
