PROGRESSIVE DMX
WHAT IS A DMX DISTRIBUTOR?
A DMX is a modular progressive distributor that doses and separates the lubricant with a piston movement.
This system is highly qualified to dispense oil or grease to one or more groups of carriers. Each piston is in series with the one before or after it.
ELEMENTS
The modular system consists of two main parts: the bases (subdivided into inlet, intermediate and final) and the dosing elements with different flow rates.
The number of elements must be at least 3 and at most 20 elements.
This modular system allows the elements to be easily replaced, reducing machine downtime in case of replacement.
The assembled base can be installed and connected without the need for modular dispensers, which can be added later to make pipe routing more convenient.

PLUGGING THE OUTLETS OF A DMX
The dosing elements have two outlets, but it is possible to modify this configuration so that the entire flow is discharged from a single outlet.
To perform this modification, first remove the adapter screw (A51.087096) and the gasket (A53.114116) located at the top of the dispenser.
CAUTION: Never close an outlet without performing this step or hydraulic locking of the system will occur.
The screw and gasket must be replaced by a plug (A92.087058) and a plug must be added to the outlet that you do not want to use as shown in the picture.
This will double the flow through that outlet.
If you want to use this output again later, this process must be reversed. Both plugs have to be removed and the adapter screw and gasket have to be replaced at the vertical outlet.
